Welcome to the Seattle Drivers Suck! forum. Since you've arrived here, chances are you're hopelessly frustrated when it comes to Seattle drivers. To call a "Seattle driver" a driver is a misnomer. A driver implies someone who is actively and mentally engaged in the process of driving an automobile. A Seattle driver on the other hand, while actively engaged, is mentally checked out -- a zombie driver is you will. As such, we'll use the term Seattle driver in a derogatory fashion on this site. But I digress. There will be plenty of opportunities for rants!

The Seattle Drivers Suck! site was founded in October, 2006 as a blog and is the brainchild of Hoops. We got off to a good start with the site in terms of keeping new blog entries flowing -- let's face it, finding things to write about in this town is like shooting fish in a barrel! -- but we also both have real jobs and the demands of work quickly pulled us back in as the novelty of the new site started to wear thin. Over the past few years, however, we've received a lot of support for the site in the form of blog comments and e-mails so we've been wanting to get ourselves out of the driver's seat in terms of being able to initiate the creation of new content. So with that, we have created the new and improved Seattle Drivers Suck! website which offers this forum and a place people can tell their stories or just vent.
